Plants are shipped by UPS .

Shipping charges on all orders are not included in the shopping cart total

All plants are shipped in two sized boxes:  12X8X6 or 15X11X7.  If you order any large plants, the larger size box may be used. For plants larger than 15", an appropiate sized box will be used.To estimate shipping weight, figure about 2 ounces per plant. UPS fees start at 1 pound. Generally speaking, most plant orders for UPS 2day fall between $18 and $22. Overnight may be between $30 and $40 depending on weight.

All merchandise may be sent UPS ground, UPS 3 day, UPS 2 day or overnight. Merchandise is usually sent in a separate carton from live plants unless the item is small.

Please indicate in the "note to us" section of your order your preferred method of shipping. If none is specified, plants will be shipped by UPS 2 day, and all other merchandise UPS ground. We are also able to charge the shipping to your own UPS account number if one is provided.

Please make sure all the information you enter is valid and up to date! Any mis information for shipping, billing, or a rejected credit card will only delay your order.

All orders are sent out with a signature required All sales are done using VISA, AMEX or Mastercard. Payments are sometimes accepted from Payfor delivery. If this presents a problem, I suggest you have the order delivered to your place of employment.

pal, but arrangements must be made and authorized by Aqua Botanic. An $18 minimum is required for any order. This amount was set to enable you to order non plant items, but when ordering plants please remember to make this worthwhile for everyone concerned. The cost of shipping and handling makes more sense when you order a larger number of plants. Plants may only be shipped within the continental USA. Other merchandise may be shipped anywhere in the world. $2 handing charge is added to the shipping cost on all plant orders under $100. Up to 10% of any plant order may be substituted with plants of equal or greater value.

AB will work hard to settle any dispute, but it is ultimately the responsibility of the buyer to accept the risk. We do everything within our power to minimize this risk by packaging the plants in such a way to minimize any possible damage and send out only quality plants. Any charge backs or refused deliveries will be reported to all major credit agencies as an unpaid and deliquent debt

When ordering a combination of plants and equipment or dry goods, usually plants are shipped in separate boxes to prevent damage.  UPS ground service,  is never recommended for live plants unless you are in northern Oregon and southern Washington. Even if you chose that option, plants will be sent by UPS 2 day.  When you enter your CC number, it would actually be helpfull to include the spaces between the numbers since it is entered manually on this end for approval. When you enter your order, your credit card is NOT billed. It is billed only at the time of shipping, or at the expected time of shipping so if you are unsure of the final charges, please contact AB if you have not already heard from us. Special order items are billed to your credit card in advance.

All merchandise is non returnable.
