Egeria najans

An extremely easy plant to grow. A smaller version of Egeria densa, (Anacharis, Elodeia). Much easier to grow than densa and more attractive in my opinion! Low to high light. Very fast grower. Good algae buster.

A north american plant with delicate looking stems and thick clusters of fine needle like leaves. Needs bright light and clean water. May do better in cooler temps. Takes on a reddish color under bright light.
